- Be familiar with layout of venue/location to assist your patrons with finding facilities for First Aid, Toilets and any other information
- Attend briefings prior to commencement of event, to gain full understanding of their duties, and emergency contingencies
- Ensure even flow at entrance
- Conduct Pre-Event checks
- Monitor crowds
- Raising alarms to provide necessary assistance to emergency services
- Provide a high standard of customer service
